Swarnim Central Allotment Draw on 31 October 2026: How It Works

Shops at Swarnim Central are allotted through a draw. Here is what that means for applicants.

The timeline

What is a draw-based allotment?

When demand for a limited number of units is high, developers allot them by lottery so every registered applicant has an equal chance. The special rate of ₹16,500 per sq ft is described as the lottery rate.

If you are allotted a shop

You pay the booking amount of ₹9,51,000 at allotment and the next instalment within 30 days, as per the payment plan.

If you are not allotted

Unsuccessful applicants get their ₹49,000 registration amount back in full within 30 days. The same applies to applicants who are not interested after provisional allotment.

Frequently asked questions
